Return and Refund Policy

Please see criteria below. 

My number one goal is to provide you with a positive experience and great customer service. 

Contact me no later than 7 days from delivery date to report any issues with your purchase. **There are NO refunds for customized orders. If you order a cash and carry item and receive the item damaged this will be covered under the shipping insurance that is placed on the item when it is shipped to you.  

If you request a customized item and need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchase. 

The following items cant be returned or exchanged: 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for: 

• Custom or Personalized orders.
• Items that have been damaged by high heat, pealing of tumbler due to dishwasher or microwave use.
